Pricing Structure

PAY-AS-YOU-GO

I will pay my field usage fees on an “as used” basis at $10 per visit. I understand that the $10 fee is for one hour of field time. I understand that this fee is due at the time of usage. (Users selecting this payment option owe nothing at the time of execution of this agreement. You only pay for field usage each time you use the field.)

• • Payments may be dropped off in the lockbox at the field. If greater than $10.00, we request that you give it to a PACK Board Member or mail it to PACK. Mailing address: PACK, 12417 Camdenbridge Dr, Knoxville, TN 37934

  • All classes, matches, seminars and special event pricing will be established by The PACK and and will include a Field Fee PLUS an Event Fee. Any participant who selects Pay-as-You-Go will be required to pay BOTH the field fee AND the event fee.

  • IOU’s: If you do not have cash or check, an I.O.U. can be left in the box with your name, phone number and the amount due. PACK will not expect to hold more than one $10.00 I.O.U. from a single user.

  • CHANGE: Please do not ask for change at the DCSOC office. They have nothing to do with the agility field operation.

  • EVERY USER PAYS. For groups: the first two users pay $10 each; additional handlers pay $5 each. Each handler must have a User Agreement & Liability Release on file.

  • NO DOG / NO FEE: No fee is due for instructors, coaches, friends, or family accompanying a paid field user. Any person not working a dog does not have to pay.

ANNUAL FIELD FEE

I will pay for unlimited field access annually at $300 / YR (due JAN 1 each year), $80 / QTR (due JAN 1, APR 1,

JUL 1, OCT 1) or $30 / M0 (due the first of each month).

  • Pricing for all classes, matches, seminars and special events will be established by PACK and will include a Field Fee PLUS an Event Fee. Any participant who has paid an Annual Field Fee for the year will not have to pay the field fee component.

  • Annual fees for starting unlimited usage in mid-year when followed by a full year contract can be prorated. Contact a PACK Board Member for more info.

  • Refunds of advanced payments for discontinuing access to the field will be at the discretion of PACK based on individual circumstances.

MONTH-BY-MONTH

I will pay $50 for unlimited field access by the month. (Due day 1 of each month.)

  • All classes, matches, seminars and special event pricing will be established by The PACK and and will include a Field Fee PLUS an Event Fee. Any participant who has paid a Monthly Field Fee for the month of the event will not have to pay the field fee component of the event cost.

  • Partial months will be prorated when combined with a monthly fee for the entire following month.

  • No refunds will be allowed for discontinued usage in the middle of a month.

CLASSES, MATCHES, SEMINARS, SPECIAL EVENTS

• All classes, matches, seminars and special event pricing will be established by The PACK and and will include a Field Fee PLUS an Event Fee.

• Any participant who has paid a Monthly field fee for the month of the event or the Annual field fee for the year of the event will not have to pay the field fee component of the special event cost.

  • For instance PACK might host a match and establish a Match Fee of $15 which would include $10 for field usage fee and a $5 Match Fee. Users who have paid the annual or monthly field usage fee would be exempt from the $10 and would only pay $5 to run in the Match. Match participants not covered by a monthly fee or an annual fee would pay $15 for the Match.
