INSPECTION
The pocket door to the kitchen fails to slide easily and requires repair [14.3].
Drain under the kitchen sink [12.3]: A flexible connector, positioned horizontally. Needs to be non-flexible and positioned vertically. [Addressed in Stutzman bid]
There is a slight water leak into the cabinet under the sink [14.6].
Replace garbage disposal that is currently jammed with a new Moen 1/2hp disposal.
