Dissatisfaction with house
What it will cost to make this house better, is much more than what it would be worth on the market. Even with pouring $ into this house it still will:
- Have no morning light, due to the neighbor’s trees
- Evening light will be blocked by the sequoia
- Have high windows in the bedrooms, which makes sitting in those rooms very uncomfortable.
- Have insufficient space and feel cramped
- Be too close to the neighbors on both sides
- Marge’s air conditioner
- Gary and Nancy’s air conditioner
- Rooney house
