Glenn Anderson

Here I am in another new quarter of life.

After graduating Niles Township High Schools, District 219, in June of 2000, and after attending high school in the same district for 94% of my teaching career, I failed at that so called retirement thing. I pursued another career in SCUBA diving and moved to Hawaii to begin that new endeavor. I began with 2 scuba cylinders, regulators, and buoyancy compensators and knowledge I gained through a passion of teaching in my area of expertise and passion for scuba diving. I received my U. S. Merchant Marine Officer credentials and purchased a new 50’ LOD commercial dive vessel with a certificate of inspection of 49 passengers. In the beginning, the business grew from 2 employees to a total of 25 full-time and part time employees. I had a retail scuba center and the charter dive vessel until 2014, sold it and moved to Idaho to retire, retirement didn't happen.

I have traveled the world scuba diving and visiting all of Asia, Europe, Australia, Africa, and Central America. My future bucket list includes Komodo Island in Indonesia and Galápagos Island off Ecuador, South America. Thanks to my businesses in Hawaii.

I now reside in Florida where I now have become involved with another business in scuba diving. Teaching scuba and organizing the mechanical and technical departments of the business.

I also have built a home and farm in Panama which I frequent often. My wife and I are growing Yuca (Cassava) and Yam. Next will be cattle.
