The meeting will be conducted in English. The oral presentations will be held in the lecture hall on Saturday, from 1:30 P.M. to 3:10 P.M. Contributed oral presentations are 17 minutes followed by 3 minutes for questions/discussion (a total of 20 minutes). It is recommended to respect the time allotted to offer everyone the opportunity to switch sessions in order to hear specific talks.
Session room:
Arrive in plenty of time ahead of the session. The technician in the session room will handle sound, lighting and images. He/she will start your presentation and you can then run it using a control box that allows you to page forward, backwards and, if necessary, to close down the image. A separate laser pointer is provided on the podium for use if you want to point to anything on the image. If you have more than one presentation or video, please tell the technician the order in which you wish to display your material.
