O&E Program Assessment
NCCHCA created this program assessment in 2014 (updated in 2017) to help health centers understand key requirements and best practices for their Outreach & Enrollment programs. Health centers may download and complete the assessment to identify areas for improvement. If you'd like feedback on your assessment, email outreachandenrollment@ncchca.org.

Connector Scheduling System
The Get Covered Connector is a scheduling tool. On the back end, assisters can post appointment availability, send automatic reminders to consumers, and complete reports on appointment outcomes. On the front end, consumers can search and book appointments directly with assisters from many different organizations. FQHCs in NC can utilize the Connector to post appointment availability for free. To sign up, email Mark Van Arnam at markv@legalaidnc.org. Any organization can refer consumers to the Connector to locate an appointment near them.
New Staff Training Resources
In addition to completing the CAC training, NCCHCA recommends that new health center CACs receive additional training. Visit this webpage for resources for additional introductory training.
