Το Εθνικό Συμβούλιο Εξωτερικής Πολιτικής με την ευρύτερη δυνατή σύνθεσή του δεν συνεκλήθη ποτέ απο την Κυβέρνηση.Γιατί ;
Ενας λόγος είναι ο συσχετισμός δυνάμεων. Σε ένα τέτοιο συμβούλιο θα παρίσταντο γνωστοί και ψηφισμένοι με μεγάλες πλειοψηφίες πρωθυπουργοί όπως ο Κώστας Σημίτης, ο Γιώργος Παπανδρέου, ο Κώστας Καραμανλής, ο Αντώνης Σαμαράς. Στο επίπεδο των υπουργών Εξωτερικών η κατάσταση θα ήταν ακόμα καλύτερη: Ντόρα Μπακογιάννη, Αντώνης Σαμαράς, Κάρολος Παπούλιας, Θεόδωρος Πάγκαλος, Ευάγγελος Βενιζέλος, Δημήτρης Αβραμόπουλος και Πέτρος Μολυβιάτης θα άκουγαν κατανυκτικά την εισήγηση και τα επιχειρήματα του νυν ΥΠΕΞ. Πρωθυπουργός και υπουργός Εξωτερικών προτίμησαν να μη χρησιμοποιήσουν τη δυνατότητα στρατολόγησης ενός ακροατηρίου εκλεκτού. Προφανώς τους πλάκωσε το πάπλωμα ή αν θέλετε μια λιγότερο λαϊκή έκφραση, το πλέγμα κατωτερότητας.
Ο ρόλος του Προέδρου της Δημοκρατίας δεν είναι μονάχα να υπογραμμίζει τη σημασία διαφόρων τελετών και να σταματάει σε κάθε χωριουδάκι της Ελλάδας. Ας του πει κάποιος στο αφτί ότι έχει σύμφωνα με το πνεύμα του Συντάγματος τη δυνατότητα επέμβασης όταν επίκεινται εθνικές καταστροφές. Είχαμε πάρει την απόφαση να σφίξουμε το ζωνάρι μέχρι εκεί που δεν παίρνει, ενώ γύρω μας θα ολοκλήρωνε το καταστροφικό του έργο ο Τσιπρανέλ στην οικονομία. Δεν είμαστε έτοιμοι όμως να κρατήσουμε στην εξουσία το σημερινό συνονθύλευμα ενώ θα επέρχονται εθνικές καταστροφές.
Ας πει κάποιος στον Παυλόπουλο ότι ενός ορισμένου τύπου ανοχή είναι δυνατόν να θεωρηθεί συνενοχή.

2018-05-23 Handelsblatt: Το αναπτυξιακό σχέδιο της κυβέρνησης απευθύνεται πρωτίστως στην εκλογική πελατεία του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ
«Το δίλημμα του Τσίπρα» επιγράφεται σχόλιο της γερμανικής οικονομικής επιθεώρησης Handelsblatt.
Οπως επισημαίνει ο ανταποκριτής της εφημερίδας στην Αθήνα, «ο Ευκλείδης Τσακαλώτος μπορεί να ταξιδέψει με χαλαρή διάθεση στις Βρυξέλλες για τη συνάντηση των υπουργών Οικονομικών της ευρωζώνης» καθώς «μετά από οκτώ χρόνια δράματος κανείς δεν έχει όρεξη να παρατείνει την ελληνική τραγωδία, προσθέτοντας μία ακόμη πράξη.
Όταν μάλιστα στην Ιταλία ίσως ανέβει πολύ σύντομα η αυλαία για την επόμενη τραγωδία. Το ότι ο Τσίπρας μπορεί να προσδοκά επιείκεια φαίνεται και από το αποτέλεσμα της τέταρτης και τελευταίας αξιολόγησης: «προάγεται» απεφάνθησαν οι ελεγκτές, παρότι η Αθήνα υπολείπεται ακόμη μακράν στην υλοποίηση των ιδιωτικοποιήσεων, στην απελευθέρωση της αγοράς ενέργειας και στη μεταρρύθμιση της δημόσιας διοίκησης».
Αλλά τότε πού έγκειται το δίλημμα; Η εφημερίδα εστιάζει στο σχέδιο για τη μεταμνημονιακή Ελλάδα που παρουσίασε ο πρωθυπουργός και υποστηρίζει ότι για τον Αλέξη Τσίπρα «είναι ακόμη πολύ δύσκολο να αποβάλει τις ιδεολογικές παρωπίδες του».
«Το αναπτυξιακό του σχέδιο απευθύνεται πρωτίστως στην (εκλογική) πελατεία του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, στην οποία η κυβέρνηση υπόσχεται βελτιωμένο ελάχιστο μισθό και υψηλότερες κοινωνικές παροχές. Αυτό θυμίζει απαρχές προεκλογικού αγώνα. Αντιθέτως οι ιδιωτικοποιήσεις, μία λέξη-κλειδί, εμφανίζονται μόλις δύο φορές στις 106 σελίδες του κειμένου», αναφέρεται ακόμη και προστίθεται:
«Αυτό το σχέδιο δεν πρόκειται να πείσει τους παίκτες των χρηματαγορών, στις οποίες η Ελλάδα θέλει να επαναχρηματοδοτηθεί από τον Αύγουστο».

2018-05-21 Αριστερά και... νέα πελατεία
Στη βικτωριανή Αγγλία, μια γυναίκα (Ινγκριντ Μπέργκμαν, βραβείο Οσκαρ Α΄ γυναικείου ρόλου) παντρεύεται εν αγνοία της τον δολοφόνο της θείας της (Σαρλ Μπουαγιέ), ο οποίος έτσι επιστρέφει στον τόπο του εγκλήματος, για να αναζητήσει τα κοσμήματα που δεν βρήκε. Κάθε φορά που μπαίνει κρυφά στη σοφίτα και ανάβει το φως, η ροή του φωταερίου μειώνεται αλλού και έτσι η γυναίκα του βλέπει να τρεμοπαίζουν τα φώτα του σπιτιού και μετά να επανέρχονται. Με στόχο να την κλείσει στο ψυχιατρείο, ώστε να συνεχίσει ανενόχλητος την αναζήτηση, ο σύζυγός της επιχειρεί να την πείσει ότι έχει παραισθήσεις, διαψεύδοντας με διάφορες επινοήσεις την όραση, τη μνήμη και την αντιληπτική της ικανότητα.
Από αυτή την ταινία με τον αγγλικό τίτλο «Gaslight» (=λάμπα φωταερίου), που σκηνοθέτησε το 1944 ο Τζορτζ Κιούκορ, προήλθε η αγγλική έκφραση «to gaslight», που σημαίνει «χειραγωγώ κάποιον ψυχολογικά, έτσι ώστε να αμφιβάλλει για τη διανοητική του υγεία». Μέσω ψυχαναλυτικών δημοσιευμάτων ο όρος καθιερώθηκε στις κοινωνικές σχέσεις και αξιοποιείται πλέον και στην πολιτική αρένα.
Στην Ελλάδα, η δημιουργία πολιτικών παραισθήσεων στους πολίτες αποτελεί στρατηγική κυβερνητική πολιτική. Οπως όταν υπουργοί και βουλευτές υποστηρίζουν ταυτόχρονα ότι θα ισχύσουν και δεν θα ισχύσουν οι νομοθετημένες μειώσεις των συντάξεων. Πρόσφατα, μάλιστα, το ίδιο πρόσωπο (η αναπληρώτρια υπουργός Εργασίας) χρησιμοποίησε στην ίδια συνέντευξη επτά διαφορετικές διατυπώσεις για το επίμαχο θέμα, όλες κινούμενες στο ημίφως της δημιουργικής ασάφειας (τις παραλείπω για να μην κουράσω).
Εκτός από την κυβέρνηση, αποφάσισε όμως να παίξει με τη διανοητική μας κατάσταση και γνωστός πανεπιστημιακός, ο οποίος εισηγήθηκε τη θεωρία περί νομοτελειακής σοσιαλδημοκρατικής μετάλλαξης του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ. Χωρίς φυσικά να σκεφτεί και να υποδείξει ποιες είναι οι δυνάμεις μέσα στην ίδια τη ριζοσπαστική Αριστερά που προωθούν κάτι τέτοιο, με ποιες τοποθετήσεις τους και με ποιες πολιτικές.
Διότι το μόνο βέβαιο είναι ότι κυβέρνηση και κόμμα δοκιμάζουν συστηματικά να μας δημιουργήσουν σύγχυση γύρω από την πραγματικότητα, ενώ το βλέμμα τους είναι μόνιμα καρφωμένο στην τσέπη μας (όπως ο πρωταγωνιστής της ταινίας είχε εμμονή με τα κοσμήματα στη σοφίτα). Επιχειρούν να μας πείσουν ότι έχουμε διαταραγμένη αντίληψη σχετικά με τα όσα έπραξαν και όσα θα πράξουν (όπως έλεγε ο Μπουαγιέ στην Μπέργκμαν για τα φώτα), ώστε κάποιοι να τους πιστέψουν ξανά και να πραγματοποιήσουν έτσι το μεγάλο πολιτικό τους όραμα, που δεν είναι η σοσιαλδημοκρατία αλλά η συγκρότηση της ΝΠΑ (= Νέας Πελατειακής Αριστεράς).

In relation to politics, and with free associations, I am guided by the following considerations. What is "politics"? How is it defined? American writer Ambrose Bierce (more than a century ago) said politics was a struggle of interest disguised as a contest of principles. Obviously, the concept of "disguise" is the key. The human need for "principles" comes in a strange contradiction with the human nature itself. Alfred Adler said it was easier to fight for your principles than to live according to them, and W. Churchill (a constant sarcasm of human weakness) had said that some people were changing their party for the sake of their principles, and others were changing the principles for the sake of the party.
The "disguise" (for the sake of the ideal) is a human feature that works both consciously and unconsciously. The need for ideal life, ideal families, ideal society, ideal leaders (and so on) is put, frustrated, and rebuffed, and this demand is often a violent "claim". It is the need to build a reality of our liking (at every possible price). The existing we never like (T. Eliot says "the human race does not stand a lot of reality"). The "promise" for a better life is the specialty and art of politicians who, constantly and over time, always "predict" a good next year. W. Churchill, again, said: "Politics is the ability to predict what will happen next year and then explain why it has not happened."

This government continues to be considered Greek ... though:
1. Does not respect Greek History ...
2. Does not respect Greek interests ...
3. Does not respect the command of the Greek people ...
This government has violated and has trampled:
1. The Constitution of the country (with refusal to execute the result of the referendum in the year 2015) ...
2. Its institutional role (by depositing, voting and signing of many bills that delivered the entire wealth of the country for 99 years to foreigners) ...
3. The obligation to work for the interests, defense and security of the country and the citizens ...
Why this government did dare all these?
Because it knows that there is no expressed and integrated political form of self-defense that brings together the trust of citizens. In simple terms, this co-government of ethnic and left-wing fascists (as Mikis Theodorakis described it) expresses and satisfies the interests of third countries.
It may be that many Greeks have not understood enough of what is happening. But the most basic of all are two:
1. The current government is not working for the interests, defense and security of Greece and Greek citizens
2. Greece has been desperately alone, betrayed by "friends," "partners," and "allies"
3. The (for a large number of reasons) refusal of the Greek society to perceive the magnitude and gravity of what is happening ...
What should happen to stop what happens?
As a matter of course, citizens should go directly to the streets and "crush" the current government of proven ethno-nihilist. But this can not happen either because government control over the Media excludes the transfer of truth to the citizens or because there is no political force that would call the citizens to defend by themselves the Constitution and the country.
Unfortunately, the only thing that can save Greece today from the unpleasant developments planned and accepted by the Alexis Tsipras - Panos Kammenos co-government, is a fact that no one wants.
A hot episode with Turkey (the back of which NATO, the US and Germany they affectionately are hitting), which will get the characteristics of a generalized conflict.
Unfortunately, the country's hope to avoid an embarrassing national distruction being carried out by the Greek government is the megalomania of the President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan
been uncontrolled (and pressured by many internal factors), who will dare to go "one step further" than what " they license him to do ".
Unfortunately, our only hope is - whether we like it or not - of a Greek-Turkish conflict that will cancel the existing negative developments, but will bring the country into a worst economic situation ...
