We were greeted to the school with singing and dancing in the traditional Kamba style by the parents of some of the students.
The students followed with singing a welcome song in two languages. Each verse was personalized for a member of our group.

Each student tasted the water. The strong taste of salt and metal was present. Here Rob Best (HMC '10) is reacting after tasting it.
The water tank in the village.
