Records

Download a folder with 2013 Practice, Study, and Service Records (in both Word and PDF formats).

Records include spaces for all three wheels of practice, study and service. Please record, simply and clearly, time spent in minutes and hours daily for each category on the electronic calendar that follows this introductory page. "Practice" includes time in formal practice sessions as well as time spent reciting Vajra Guru Mantras both in and outside sessions. "Study" includes listening to teachings (both live and recorded), reading and contemplating Dharma. "Service" in this case includes all time spent in service to the Three Jewels. Rinpoche has instructed his students to record the amount of time involved in these three aspects on a daily basis, and to turn in these practice records at the end of each year.

TURN IN RECORDS – At the end of the calendar year, please turn in your records. You can do this electronically by emailing them to us at khenchungbob@mangalashribhuti.org OR mail in your records. Students living in the Western and Central regions of the U.S. and those who live outside of the U.S. can mail records to PO Box 4088 - Boulder, CO 80306. Those living in the Eastern U.S. region can mail records to 322 Eastman Cross Rd. - Vershire VT 05079. Please include a self addressed stamped envelope if you would like to receive your records back (highly encouraged). Please email your 2012 electronic records or mail in 2012 paper copies of your records by Jan. 31, 2013. Records are only submitted once per year; at the end of the calendar year.

RECORDS REVIEWED – Records will be reviewed and marked by Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche. Those who submit electronic records will receive an email regarding Rinpoche’s record remarks. If you would like your marked paper records returned to you, please mail us a self addressed stamped envelope.
