Modern Day Bodhisattvas
The Modern Day Bodhisattva (MDB) vision is to train and support others on how to integrate the bodhicitta teachings in everyday life. Students of the MSB sangha are currently in the early stages of planning how to implement this vision.

The following are the three main areas of the MDB program:
Make edited transcripts and recordings of MDB teachings given by Rinpoche and other teachers available.
Create an MDB Manual that summarizes the guiding MDB principles contained in the MDB teachings.
Develop an MDB training for Mahayana Buddhists.
Create an MDB Manual appropriate for a secular audience.
Develop an MDB Training appropriate for a secular audience and provide ongoing support for those trained through this system.
Organize a system of MDBs who will facilitate chapters or groups that focus on particular areas of need in the public sector.
Support and train MDBs to initiate and facilitate MDB chapters.
Provide ongoing support for engaged MDB activity.
Support/encourage MDBs to be creative in finding ways to engage in the world as an MDB.
