1) Students will sign into their Google Sites. 

    - Go to Google Sites - 

- Click your name and add new page and date.

Write about: Valentine's Day. (3-5 sentences and include pictures)

2) SWBAT create and design a car using Google Sketchup. 

Essential Question: What makes a derby car go fast?

3) Progress check today:  

*Car is pushed out to exactly 30mm.

*Car wheel well is 12mm or larger

*Car wheel well is pushed in 5mm.

    a) When starting SketchUp, make sure to choose "Woodworking-Millimeters"

    b) Follow worksheet for more information.

    c) find a blueprint of a car, save it and upload it to Sketchup.

4) sign into nitrotype.com 

 -race other students in the class.

By the end of Quarter 3, student should be typing at 20 WPM with a 95% Accuracy.
