Intro to Sketchup 3D Designs
1) Students will sign into their Google Classroom.
- Go to Google Sites - add new date and write about No Google Sites today (3-5 sentences and include pictures)
Use your 1234@kingscanyonms.com
Password is the same as your district password
Get Caught up Day!!!
2) BTEOTW SWBAT create and design their dream home using Google Sketchup.
a) click the worksheet for instructions
b) Download the 3D House Block to help you get started
c) When starting SketchUp, make sure to choose "Woodworking-Millimeters"
Check list for today:
*Windows on all four sides
*Doors - front and back (side)
*Roof
*property line (grass)
*Colors
*driveway with curb
*pool
*fencing
Example 3:
3) sign into nitrotype.com
-Click on to sign in
-race other students in the class.
by the end of the quarter you should have at least 20 WMP
4) Only when you are done with the 3D house checklist!
Sign into MinecraftEDU and collaborate with you colleagues building and designing a map. Voice level ONE!!!
If MinecraftEDU doesn't work, try having one of your peers sign into your computer to see if it will work. Otherwise try Nitrotype or coolmath games.
