Mill River Homeowners Association, Inc. is a Maryland nonprofit corporation serving the interests of the homeowners of Mill River Court in Hanover, Maryland.
Our primary purpose is to provide for the benefit of the Record Owners, the preservation of the value and amenities in the Community, and the maintenance of certain reserved open spaces and common areas, including but not limited to easements, charges and liens, herein below set forth, and for the creation of an association to be delegated and assigned the powers of maintaining and administering the Common Areas (as hereinafter defined), and enforcing all applicable covenants and restrictions, and collecting and disbursing the assessments and charges hereinafter created; which association shall be incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland, as a nonprofit corporation, for the purpose of exercising the functions as aforesaid.
This website serves as a recourse for our community, HOA members and Board of Directors (BOD).

The county inspector approved our Bio Retention Facility inspection based on our maintenance actions below. The inspector remarked "It's nice to see the neighbors coming together to work on this." (10/18/2022)
The county inspection for the Common Area Bio-Retention Facility necessitated some maintneance. These cations were conducted on 10/16/2022 (Sunday).
MUCH THANKS TO ALL WHO HELPED!!! We were able to avert approximatly $2,000 of cost. The berm was repaired, the stormwater inlet eroded areas filled-in, the drain field cleared and the weed trees & shrubs were removed from the bio-retention pond. Our ballards were painted a nice bright yellow. Also thanks to the landscapers who donated and delivered the topsoil. Our response to the county's items that needed to be fixed from our 2022 inspection has be submitted.
So far this year, we've had approximately $4,830 worth of Community Projects performed by our BOD & fellow neighbors. That would amount to $402 of additional HOA costs per household. See pictures at Community Projects. (10/17/2022)
