In the event any Record Owner sells or otherwise transfers any Lot, any deed purporting to effect such transfer shall be deemed to contain a provision incorporating by reference the covenants, restrictions, servitudes, easements, charges and liens set forth in this Declaration, whether or not the deed actually so states.

The Board of Directors will provide a copy of the current governing documents in support of resale to the current member or a party they designate (ex. a title company). This is in support of Declaration of Covenants: Section 11.4
The Association shall, upon demand at any time, furnish to any Record Owner liable for assessments a certificate in writing signed by an officer of the Association setting forth whether said assessments have been paid. Such certificate shall be conclusive evidence of payment of any assessment therein stated as having been paid. A charge not to exceed ten dollars ($10.00) may be levied in advance by the Association for each certificate so delivered.

Upon completion to the sale, the former member shall send notification to the Board of Directors with the new members point of contact information to include the following: name, address, phone number and email address.
