Mill River Community

Mill River Community was referred to as "Sclusher Proptery" during the development phase.

"Plat" shall mean, collectively, the plats entitled “SLUSHER PROPERTY BUILDABLE LOTS 1 THRU 12 AND OPEN SPACE LOTS 13 & 14”, recorded or intended to be recorded among the Land Records; and shall also include any plats recorded among the Land Records in substitution therefor or amendment thereof, plus any plats hereafter recorded among the Land Records of any Additional Property that may hereafter expressly be made subject to this Declaration by an instrument in writing, duly executed, and recorded among the Land Records.
