The Board of Directors shall appoint such other committees as deemed appropriate in carrying out its purpose.

Architectural Review Committee

Charter

The Architectural Review Committee, whose members shall be appointed [...] by the Board of Directors of the Association (the “Architectural Review Committee”), shall have all the rights, powers and duties granted to it pursuant to this Declaration.

The Architectural Review Committee shall be comprised of at least three (3) members, and not more than five (5) [...].”

The current Board of Directors serve as the members of the Architecture Review Committee.

Social Committee

Charter

The Social Committee shall coordinate, plan and execute food or refreshments as part of desigated open meetings - such as a summer meeting / social and the annual meeting. The BOD provides funds designated in the Annual Budget for this purpose.
