Records for the Association are stored in the following locations:

(a) physical file held by the Secretary (less those held by the Treasurer),

(b) physical file held by the Treasurer (contracts, bank documentation, tax documentation, financial documents, insurance documents) and

(c) the Board of Directors (BOD) filestore (below).
