ELBC Day -  September 2nd
-Watch a video on "the structure of DNA" Any video you choose should do the job. You can read an article if your school laptop wont allow you to view a video. Draw a diagram and label the parts of  a DNA molecule. I will give extra credit for more advanced drawings - more detailed. On Wednesday  we will discuss the structure and how this structure allows DNA to do its job, which is to provide instructions on how to make (assemble) proteins! The diagram should be turned in as soon as you come in on Wednesday (after the warm-up, of course).

Oceanography:
Research how sonar works and how to calculate a depth based on using sonar. Also, don't forget to bring in a shoe box if you are able to find one!
