We will now create our Digital Portfolio using a Google website. This is a way to present our work and outline the things we have learned in the class. Please follow the instructions below to create your own site. This assignment is 20pts.

4. Create your digital portfolio (website), follow instructions below:
Instructions:
There are two types of Google sites; Classic and New. We will create our Digital Portfolio in Classic.
Name your site as follows: First name>Last Initial>Year Grad>Portfolio. Example: JackA22Portfolio Note: If your website name already exists, add a letter after year grad.
Pick a website design (do this BEFORE you click create).
Next, click on blue share button, and make your site "On- Anyone with link." Now anyone with this link can see it. Show to your parents! Be proud of your work in Microsoft Office Applications Class! :)
On your "Home" page type:
Welcome to my website! This is my digital portfolio for my Microsoft Office Applications Class.
Next add a picture to this page that best represents you. Personalize your new website, make it your own. Have fun with it. You are now published on the WWW! Feel free to expand, add more detail, and make it look professional.
Next, add these need pages to your website (note: Google will alphabetize your list):
-Excel 2007
-Excel Ch 1
-Excel Ch 2
-Great American Adventure
-PowerPoint Ch 1
-PowerPoint Ch 2
-Baby Pictures (this is a sub-page)
-Word Ch 1 (In addition to Ch1 work,put Week 1 work here: Digital Citizenship, Problem Solving, Current Events)
-Word Ch 2
-Word Ch 3
At the end of each unit, save all assignments as PDF files (Word, Excel, or PowerPoint). Put each PDF file in the correct page in your digital portfolio and be proud of your work.
