Meet our Coaches

Laura Kelzer (Head Coach)

Laura swam synchro with the MN Aquafins from 2nd through 12th grade. She also competed for St. Louis Park High School from 7th-12th grade.  She began coaching Aquafins in 2008. She graduated from Bethel University in 2010 with a degree in Nursing and now works as a nurse in the Hopkins School District.

Carolyn Guddal (1st-12th grade Assistant Coach)

Carolyn swam for both Minnesota Aquafins and St. Louis Park High School. She also became Head Coach for St. Louis Park Synchro starting in Spring of 2022.

Claire Benson (1st-12th grade Assistant Coach)

Claire swam with Aquafins as well as Prior Lake High School and the University of MN
