Managing Flip classroom: How do we motivate the teachers on a long term basis?
It is relatively easy to get started on flipping our classes, however, sustaining FC is an issue.
Perhaps some of us or our colleagues may one day be feeling this way...
Problems, problems and more problems...
Unsupportive School Leaders
Pupils not completing HBL
No recognition
Time management issues
Class management problems
Getting colleagues' committment
the list goes on............
And even the most positive and highly passionate teachers one day get burnt out...
Instructions
We want to show you that flipping can be simple and does not require you to be highly IT-savvy!
Your task:

Write each on a post-it and bring it along with you to class next Wednesday!

Information on group presentations
This effort provides an opportunity to explore and experience at least two other dimensions of flipping: Learners as teachers and learners as content creators.
Participants also get to elaborate on the topic of the week or have a choice on what to teach and learn about flipping.
