Managing Flip classroom: How do we motivate the teachers on a long term basis?

It is relatively easy to get started on flipping our classes, however, sustaining FC is an issue.

Perhaps some of us or our colleagues may one day be feeling this way...

Problems, problems and more problems...

  • No recognition

  • Time management issues

  • Class management problems

  • Getting colleagues' committment

  • the list goes on............

And even the most positive and highly passionate teachers one day get burnt out...
