Instructions
Dear Classmates of MLS 126,
Our Team would like all of you to actively participate in the "flipped" segment of our presentation. This will reduce our classroom presentation time to a max of 10 mins *big smile*
You may access the Google Site at this link: https://sites.google.com/a/moe.edu.sg/mls-126a/
It is currently a single page site (so as to make it convenient for you to complete the activity). Please look through the videos and based on the concerns raised in the videos, think of various ways to get buy-in from these stakeholders. State your views by clicking the link at the bottom of the page.
Do feel free to add your comments about the issues discussed in the conclusions page on the same site. Any other comments also welcome.

Findings
Strategies to get buy in from various stakeholders
Responses for group discussion:
- talk about to convince/reassure different stakeholders. show that we have a plan that is pegadogigally and theoretically sound
- communication plan to different stakeholders
- comms to allay fears that flipped classroom works (students and teachers especially)
- fear of change therefore need to assure them and perhaps start small
- sharing of success stories and practical/workable examples (esp for teachers)
Information on group presentations
This effort provides an opportunity for middle managers to explore and experience the resistance they might face from other stakeholders when they try to implement a flipped classroom.
Participants also get to put into writing their thinking of how they can counter such resistance so as to get buy-in.
