Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to draw the kind attention of the concerned authorities towards the deteriorating law and order situation in the country. The increase in the number of various crimes has created panic among the people. Thefts, eve-teasing, rapes, child kidnapping, chain snatching and quarrels have surpassed all previous records across the country. Every law abiding citizen is scared of the bad characters. Any one at any time can enter into your house and take away whatever he chooses. Neither life nor property is safe. Women, children and old are the poorest sufferers.Â
You are cordially requested to publish this letter to open the eyes of law maintaining authorities to act and curb the deteriorating situation prevalent everywhere in the country.
