To William Coffey - all that portion of my 572 acres freehold being in the County of King, Parish of Gunnary, District of Burrowa (description followed) including Black Flat and the Old Hay Paddock.
To Anthony Coffey - rest of the 572 acres
To William and Anthony - 800 sheep and all other stock.
To William - Household furniture and effects save and except my bedroom furniture, including pictures, statues, bed and bedding which I bequeath to my son Anthony. Proviso not to sell the land.
To Mrs Edward Slattery - formerly Miss Annie Castles, my side saddle.
To Edward my son - allotment of land in Burrowa - one acre where he now lives.
To Edward and James - all money in bank account - Bank of NSW, Burrowa
To Priest for Mass £5
William and Anthony to take care of funeral expenses.
Edward and Ernest are "to provide a comfortable home for my son John and at all times manifest towards him genuine kindness and consideration".
Appoints John Patrick Ryan and Anthony Coffey both farmers and graziers of Burrowa, Executors.
