1 large ripe mango, peeled and chopped
1/2 tsp (2 1/2 ml) grated fresh ginger
1/3 cup (75 ml) frozen orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) cold milk
1 cup (250 ml) ice
In a blender, puree mango, ginger and concentrate together until smooth. Add milk and ice; blend again. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy.
