Here is a selection of various parts that I made using various models of Mazak CNC turning centers. Most of the parts here are made from different grades of stainless steel and delrin and nylon plastic. I have machined thousands of parts from all types of materials ranging from the softest grades of aluminum, and plastics to some of the hardest exotic materials known man including inconel, and hastelloy, and even hardened tool steel.

Over the years I have machined and fabricated many various parts on my own manual lathes and milling machine, for projects ranging from power sports applications to R/C hobbies, to exhibit and display properties. Shown here are just a few R/C engine parts that I made for converting a liquid cooled R/C boat engine into a air cooled R/C snowmobile engine.
