CONSTRUCTION

I demolished the existing old rotted deck and built this new deck. I used pressure treated pine framing and a realistic looking multi tone Trex composite decking. The gazebo was purchased as a kit and is constructed entirely of steel.

I installed an indoor / outdoor weatherproof fan. I had to create a custom mount to adapt the waterproof electrical box to fit the gazebo as it was designed to be installed in a regular wood frame structure.

The fastener-less decking makes the deck look super clean and uniform. The deck certainly adds to the comfort of our home, It has become a comfortable place to relax on nice summer evenings.
