• 1. Landscape dynamic models: compressed files containing the source codes for MEDFATE as a SELES model (version number is indicated)

  2. Model documentation: detailed description (in pdf) of MEDFATE model and sub-models (version numbers match the source code versions)

  3. R packages: R functions to summarize, analyze and plot MEDFATE non spatial output (version number is an argument of the R functions)
