Applications

This section describes applications of the MEDFIRE landscape dynamics model. Applications can consist in running the landscape model alone or developing other models that use MEDFIRE to generate landscape dynamics. For each application, references to the version of MEDFIRE used should be given (see MEDFIRE model archives). Any other models developed during the applications should be also described and (if possible) referred to the application archives subsection.

Two applications are currently described in this section:

• • A hybrid species distribution model for Ortolan bunting (Emberiza hortulana)

  • A hybrid species distribution modeling framework that implements simple occupancy models using R.
