On October 27, 2012, John Chatzky hosted a surprise 80th Birthday party for Ted Nash. Row2K was there to shoot photos of many of the 250+ attendees. They can be found here. It was an extraordinary affair honoring an exceptional man. Below are photos of some of our OI guys who attended.
In 2008, after finishing up his coaching stint at the Beijing Olympics, Ted rowed with Occoquan at the FISA regatta in Trakai, Lithuania. He competed in five "H" and "I" rowing and sculling events.
