Wednesday Quiz 1

On Wednesday, Sept. 13 I won't be able to be in class for the lecture. Instead, here's what we will do.

At 3:00pm on Wednesday, Sept. 13 I will make a 10 question/10 point quiz available here for one hour. Your response to it will be due at 4:00pm. The quiz will be on the assigned readings for this week:

IPIL Chapter 3, 4

TFS 1-5

and a set of Prof. McCormick's lecture slides on IPIL Chapter 4

The quiz will be open book and open notes. And you are welcome to meet in our classroom (Shasta 143) with other students from class to work on the quiz. (Be cautious about having your hard study work being taken advantage of by less prepared students). Since the quiz is only available for one hour (that's 6 minutes each), I would advice that you have thoroughly studied the readings materials before it is released so that you can have a head start on answering the questions.

When it is done, copy and paste the quiz questions with your answers into your Google Doc at the top. Label it Wednesday Quiz I. I will use the Revision History function to confirm that it was done on time.
