Introduction

This script should work for most Poser and Daz Figures but it wont work for figures

with T-Poses that differ from figures like Genesis and Aiko, Victoria Michael etc...

This script will copy the Bone orientations from one figure to another figure over a time range

I had a long excellent animation that was targeted at Genesis and was able to apply it to Aiko3 using this method

Note: the script also copies the positions of the figure's hip, but it doesnt touch the Root node of the figure

so you can use the root node of the 'receiver' figure to move her away from the 'donor' figure

Note  that this takes some time to get used to

You probably will want to place the root node of your receiver figure near the root node of the donor figure before running the script

Installation

The zip package is found at the bottom of this page

unzip it in your daz content folder, typically

C:\Program Files\DAZ\Studio\content\
or

C:\Program Files (x86)\DAZ\Studio\content\

once installed, it will appear in your content library, under Studio / Scripts / mcasual

or

C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library\

once installed, it will appear in your content library, under My DAZ 3D Library / Scripts / mcasual

Use

Select your animation donor figure first

then without deselecting the donor, select the receiver figure

The order of that selection determines which figure is treated as the donor and which is treated as the receiver

Specify the range of frames to copy

If you wish so, there's an optional delay which can be applied.

For example, specifying 30 frames means the receiver will mimic the donor, 30 frames late

You can use negative numbers to get an "advance"
