Unable to log in

After the password screen appears, enter the exact password sent to your mobile phone, taking the following into consideration:

o Enter the password in the same order received in the SMS

o Stick to capital and small letters o Enter the special characters (e.g. @, $, #, %, _,…) asreceived and in the same order

o Press "Log in" in the bottom-right corner of the screen to confirm the password
