Please copy the below link and then paste on the file Explorer Address Bar to reach the course specification and template for the course report. Please see the below picture for your reference. The deadline for submitting the course report ( Per course) is due on January 23, 2020. Please use the only template of the course repot that is available in the folder.

This is a gentle reminder that as per the DQA, you are kindly requested to upload the course reports for Spring 2019 on the local university shared folder. If you have problem accesses the shared folder, please sent me the completed reports and I will upload them on behalf of you. In the attachment, you can find the Courses specifications as well as the course report T5 Template. Please refer to the attached specification when completing the report and assigning the name for the Course report file as following:
