I participated in PACE Advising's internal assessment team, focused on collecting and interpreting data regarding student perception of advising and their ability to meet learning outcomes. This project involved developing survey questions for students who had recently attended advising appointments, tracking student attendance, coaching advisors on best practices for distributing surveys and requesting feedback, and determining what outcomes needed to be assessed to best understand student needs and provide the best possible services to students.
I participated in this team during the 2016-2017 academic year.
This project was a group effort consisting of a team of 8 advisors with a rotating chair-ship.
