Australian ABC ignores holocaust and genocide atrocities.

The taxpayer-funded Australia Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) is the Australian equivalent of the taxpayer-funded British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC). The ABC is the most respected of all the Mainstream media in Australia but, as detailed below, stands accused of sustained, egregious holocaust–ignoring and genocide-ignoring.

Of course it must be stated at the outset that holocaust-ignoring and genocide-ignoring are far, far worse than holocaust denial or genocide denial because “denial” at least admits the possibility of sensible debate, something which is completely excluded by “ignoring”.

Holocaust is the destruction of a large number of people. The term was first applied to a WW2 atrocity by Jog in 1944 (Jog, N.G. (1944), Churchill’s Blind-Spot: India (New Book Company, Bombay)) in relation to the “forgotten” man-made Bengal Famine (6-7 million Indians - many of them Muslims in a "forgotten" WW2 Muslim Holocaust - deliberately starved to death by the British, 1943-1945). It was subsequently applied to the Jewish Holocaust (5-6 million killed, 1 in 6 dying from deprivation) which was part of a horrendous WW2 European Holocaust (30 million Slavs, Jews and Gypsies killed in the Nazi German Lebensraum genocide). We must surely then talk of the WW2 Bengali Holocaust.

Further, it is estimated that 1.8 billion Indians perished in the 2 century carnage of British India (see “Polya, Gideon. One is compelled to describe this 2 century catastrophe as an Indian Holocaust and an Indian Genocide (with genocide as legally defined below),However the Indian Holocaust and Indian Genocide were ignored by the lavish 6-part BBC series "The Story of India" broadcast recently by the ABC.

Unfortunately the racist Zionists (RZs) (who were complicit in the Jewish Holocaust by collaboration with the Nazis, opposing placement of Jewish refugees anywhere but Palestine and persuading Churchill to oppose the Brand scheme to save 0.7 million Hungarian Jews) have appropriated the term Holocaust to mean only the WW2 Jewish Holocaust to the exclusion of all other holocausts, notably the WW2 European Holocaust involving the deaths of 30 million Slavs, Jews and Gypsies (see the testimony of outstanding humanitarian Jews Joel Brand:

Genocide is very precisely defined in International Law as “acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group” as set out by Article 2 of the 1948 UN Genocide Convention: “In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group, as such: a) Killing members of the group; b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.”

Key to this internationally agreed, legal definition of genocide is “intent”. Thus the “intent’ of a serial killer is not abolished by his refusal to confess or otherwise explicitly declare “intent” – it can be clearly established simply by the evidence of sustained, remorseless actions leading to serial deaths. That constitutes ‘intent to kill’, because we know that sanctions are killing several thousand per month. Now, of the five permanent members, three abstained; but an abstention is no better than a vote for, in a sense. Britain and America of course voted for this continuation. The rest of them don’t count because they’re lackeys, or they’re paid off. The only country that stood up was Malaysia, and they also abstained. But you know, by abstaining instead of using your veto, when you are a permanent member you're guilty because you’re continuing something that has this deadly impact. When one turns to the ABC Search Engine that permits one to search “the entire ABC” (see: http://search.abc.net.au/search/search.cgi?query=%22bengali+holocaust%22&sort=&collection=abcall&form=simple ) one finds an extraordinary paucity of results for the various holocaust and genocide terms noted above, Thus a search of “the entire ABC” for the phrase “Bengali Holocaust” yields ZERO (0) results whereas a search for the phrase “Bengali Holocaust” on Google yields 6,930 results ( 9 April 2010).

A comparison of ABC / Google Search results is given below for searches for the various holocaust and genocide phrases indicated (by way of example, “Bengali Holocaust” yields 0 / 6,930). Note that not all search results are necessarily directly related to the particular genocide or holocaust event of interest (thus a sentence ending in “… Bengali.” followed by a sentence commencing with “Holocaust …” would yield a false positive) and do not necessarily yield concrete information about the holocaust or genocide (thus of the 9 ABC-based “Aboriginal genocide” search results none give actual details of the Aboriginal Genocide and several relate to denial of the Aboriginal Genocide ).
