Below, you will find an attached registration form you can download. You can either input your data, save changes, & email it to me - or - print it, fill it in, and bring it to class with you. Alternatively, you can arrive 15 minutes before class to fill out a printed copy. It is a good idea to let me know you are coming if you are new so that I am ready for you.
It is wonderful when someone can experience individual yoga class before joining a group yoga class. However, sometimes it works out that a student has just enough time to pop in and check out a group class or is brought by a friend. Drop-ins are always welcome. I will probably still recommend that you schedule a personalized session to learn how to balance your body using specific yoga poses when you can.
