From Frankfurt (340km, 3h45)

Take A5 from Frankfurt direction Basle
After about 230km, at exit number 54 (Appenweihler) Kehl direction Strasbourg on D52 / E25
Should you have missed the exit take the next one (number 55 Offenburg) direction Strasbourg on L98.
Alternatives:
Exit 51: Baden-Baden, then on E35 direction Strasbourg
- Exit 45: Karlsruhe-Mitte towards Landau (A 65), then take B 9 direction Strasbourg
- From A67 at Viernheimer Dreieck take exit Mannheim/Frankenthal on A6, then change to A61 towards Speyer and A65 towards Landau

From Strasbourg (120km, 1h40)

Take A4/A35/E25 from Strasbourg direction Illkirch/Entzheim - St.-Dié des Vosges/Colmar. After exit 8 take exit to Mulhouse / Colmar / St.-Dié par Tunnel.
At Sélestat exit 17 direction St.-Dié / Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines onto N59.

Follow signs to St.-Dié des Vosges (par le tunel) on N159. At the end of the tunnel you need to pay €7,80 for the tunnel and continue on N159 to St.-Dié des Vosges, which will become a the motorway N59
Take the exit direction Gérardmer on D415 (need to turn left.
You will pass the towns of Saint-Léonard and Anould. After the Super U supermarket of Anould (shopping and gas purchases!) turn right at the red light in direction Corcieux / Gérardmer.
At some point up the hill you need to turn right towards Corcieux (for Gérardmer it would go straight on). In Corcieux turn left direction Granges-sur-Vologne (beware of the bends, some are strong and unforeseen!).
Entering Granges-sur-Vologne and reaching the main crossroads with the church, turn left.
