Rates

The house is equally comfortable for few inhabitants (2-4) and for bigger groups (8-10 people, 3 beds are only suited for children). If guests are intimate among each other it can host up to 10 adults with 6 children. The limit may then be the two bathrooms.

• Base rental price: €600 per week, extra night: €90

• (price includes up to 4 people)

• Additional adult (16+years): €150 per week, extra night: €30

• Additional child: €90, extra night: €20

• High season prices are raised by 20% 

• July & August,

• during winter holidays and one week before and after Easter,

• from last Saturday before Christmas to the first Saturday after 6 January (Epiphany)

• Week-ends/ 2-3 subsequent nights: half price (50%)

• Final cleaning: €60 extra

• Bed linen: €8 per person

  • Inside: 4 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms, Fully-equipped kitchen with eating area (big 5-fire gas oven, dish-washer, 2 fridges), living room, washing machine, table football, table tennis,...

  • Outside: Terrace, swimming pond, playing lawn, sand pit, orchard... relax

• Weekly rental is generally from Saturday afternoon until next Saturday morning 

  • Please indicate if you come/leave at other times 

• Deposit upon reservation (25% of the expected rate)

• Animals are welcome (except in living room)

What is included?

• Electricity & heating (wood, gas)

• Amenities: dishes, barbecue, table tennis, table football, garden furniture. (Damages will be covered from deposit)

• Blankets for all beds

• Internet use (WiFi, ADSL)

• Fruit and berries for pick-up

What is not included?

• Final cleaning (€60 extra)

• Bed linnen (available for rent €8 p.p.)

• Food & wine consumption
