With a magnificent natural landscape, offering skiing, hiking and walks in the woods as well as the pleasures of swimming and boating, the Vosges are a permanent invitation to enjoy nature! The Vosges are relatively low mountains in eastern France, near the German border, reaching up to 1,424m at the 'Grand Ballon'.

The house is located 2.5km outside on the hills of Granges-sur-Vologne, a small town with around 2,500 inhabitants. Granges features a Romanesque church, three bakeries, two butchers, a small supermarket, a pharmacy and a number of cafés - offering everything for daily life.

The landscape around Granges sur Vologne varies between woods and fields, and the 'Hohneck' with its 1,364m invites for relaxing activities, both in winter and in summer.
