The lds.org website has this to say about the Savior and those He taught: “He trusted them, prepared them, and gave them important responsibilities to teach, bless, and serve others. ‘Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature,’ He charged them. His purpose was to help them become converted through their service to others.” As teachers who teach in The Savior's way, we need to help our students grow from our teachings by encouraging them to put that knew knowledge to use. One of the best approaches would be to have your students do some of the teaching in your own class. Letting the student become the teacher is both a way to help them learn as well as a method to help them become Master Teachers themselves. This is an inherent part of the Come Follow Me teaching program and one that we need to implement as often as possible.
