Dean - School of Innovation and Management - degrees via a virtual competency-based but high touch program with first cohort from Vietnam. Join us on our SIM Facebook page.

He became co-editor of Health Systems at start of 2018.

Nelson King joined the Industrial & Systems Engineering Department at Khalifa University. He was Graduate Program Chair and started the MSc in Systems & Engineering Management at Khalifa University, a Top 300 university.

He was previously associate professor in information systems at the AACSB accredited Olayan School of Business - American University of Beirut (AUB) with the top MBA program in Eurasia and the Middle East for 2013-14 (Eduniversal ranking). He was designated as Academic Director - Center for Digital Organizational Transformation and follow Learnist boards on MOOCs and Hybrid Learning.

He worked for over 20 years as a systems engineer in natural resources, aerospace, and information technology before starting my academic career. His research focuses on the integration of healthcare information systems including medical imaging, indoor positioning systems, and clinical applications. He also explores social media to identify any parallels with networked healthcare organizations.

He was nominated for the AUB 2009/10 Teacher of the Year Award.
