Kevin Newman (Commissioner)
Newman's Nogdogs
Newman is a 2006 graduate of Michigan State University in Urban and Regional Planning and Public Policy & Administration. Newman didn't miss any home MSU football game's for a 12 year run that only ended when he took a job out of state, and is generally accepted to be the 3rd biggest MSU football fan in the world. He was a dark-horse candidate for MSU's head football coaching job - he got an interview and was featured in the Lansing State Journal. He currently lives in Chicago, IL.
Scott Bell
The Fab 12
Scott Bell joined the fantasy college football league as a guest of Sharad Mattu in 2007. After soon proving to have Mattu outclassed intellectually, physically and socially, Bell carved a niche for himself in the league as being the most prolific Michigan Daily alum in league history. He plans to do the same in basketball. Bell currently resides in Dallas, where he works for the Dallas Morning News and has never felt the need to use an alias to conceal his identity. In his spare time, he enjoys making fantasy college football war sheets nine months before drafts begin, long walks on the beach and trolling Michigan State fans on Twitter.
Daniel Bromwich
Dan's Dastardly Dingbats
Little is known about Dan, other than Scott introduced him to the league and he seemed to draft fairly well. He is assumed to be an arch nemesis of Mark, who in turn is an arch nemesis of Sharad.
Anthony Collora
Valdosta State Blazers
Anthony is a 2005 graduate of the University of Michigan in Economics. Growing up in Evanston, IL, he returned to Illinois after graduation and now lives in Chicago with his girlfriend, Rebecca. He roots on Michigan football, and like many UM football players, enjoys MTV reality shows such as Laguna Beach and 8th & Ocean. In his spare time, he is the Commissioner of a College Fantasy Football league.
AJ Gorczyca
The Program
Mark Luchies
Dallas Dandies
Mark is assumed to be a former professional wrestler with a passion for classical new age music. He also showed more drafting ability than several longtime CFF players, so he is a coach to watch out for. Sharad will be gunning for him.
Sharad Mattu
Longwrench Jokers
AJ is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in computer science. He is a mild-mannered 20-something who enjoys long walks on the beach, watching sunsets and the occasional gang-bang. If you are looking for him he can be found on the streets of Chicago helping old ladies across the street and rescuing kittens from trees.
Sharad graduated from Michigan in 2006 with a degree in Economics. He currently resides in the New York City facebook region. He is a huge Knicks and Jets fan, which I'm sure is working out well for him. This picture shows him rioting while pretending to be a Nets fan, hoping to move them to Brooklyn. According to facebook, he has no interests, no favorite music, and no recent activity.
Tom Wolf
A Sense of Where You Are
Tom grew up in East Lansing and graduated from Michigan State University in 2006. His degree in Computer Science was awarded a little over 30 years after his father received the same degree from MSU. A devout Michigan State basketball fan, he ironically missed more home games during his time attending MSU than he had in the previous decade. Today, Tom lives and works in Chicago and regularly defends college basketball as the purest form of the game.
Derek Wallbank
Holy Hand Grenade
Derek is an award-winning political journalist formerly of the Lansing State Journal, currently with Congressional Quarterly which, incidentally, does not print anything quarterly. Among his many titles are the MSU Fight Song Leader for the MSU Alumni Club of Maryland, president of the MSU RHA Alumni Association and senior editor of The Other Side of Spartan Sports, a Michigan State sports administration and fan perspective-focused news website founded by Kevin Newman. Derek is also probably the only person you know that can carry on a 15-minute conversation about mustard. That may or may not be a good thing.
