For a full list of activities and events in Cambridge during the week of the wedding, please see the following page: www.visitcambridge.org
Our favourite activities include:
Punting trips on the Cam.
A walk to the Orchard in Grantchester or a stroll through the University Botanic Gardens is a lovely way to spend the afternoon.
Golfing at the Cambridge Lakes Golf Course is an easy way to get your ball and stick fix. Open to the public, this is a short course where you can rent sets of clubs for your game.
Visiting the Fitzwilliam Museum, Kettle's Yard or any number of the departmental museums (Classical Archaeology, Archaeology and Anthropology, Earth Sciences (great fossils!!), Zoology or the History of Science).
A trip to Audley End (English Heritage Site) or Anglesey Abbey (National Trust Site).
Visiting the Broads, see the seals at Blakeney Point or go shopping at Burnham Market.
A trip to the sea at Aldeburgh or Southwold.
Or, of course, you could visit London.
