Accommodation

Many of our guests stayed in College accommodation - others chose hotels such as the Crowne Plaza, or B&Bs. We encourage you to visit Cambridge at your own leisure and we hope the information below is still useful!

Cambridge is a major tourist destination in the summer, particularly in July.  It is essential to book accommodation early to ensure availability; prices are as listed in Autumn 2009 on a per night basis.  All prices are listed in pounds.  For currency conversion go to this site.

Click here for a map of the B&B and Hotel options listed below
(College Stay locations are available on their website and cannot be linked).

College Stay

Single and twin rooms are available in Cambridge Colleges (but twin rooms go fast, so book early).  Most of these rooms are in the heart of the city, and this is certainly the most interesting way to stay in Cambridge.  Single Rooms £40-60; Twin Rooms £65-80 (price depends on amenities including ensuite etc.).
