Reference Letter Request

Dear Students,

I have left Informatics, however if you need me to write a reference letter for you, do help to fill in the info for me.

I can only write in the capacity of an ex-lecturer of Informatics.

Note:

• For Degree students, you can get the University to help you verify your qualification.

• For Diploma and Adv. Diploma students, if you need me to write a reference letter for you in the future ... do help to fill in the form as I have your record. I can only write the reference letter as a ex-lecturer of Informatics.

• If you have both Diploma and Adv. Diploma, you will need to fill in and submit the form twice. Sorry about the poor quality of the form, it was a rush job. All the best for your future.
