EDMOND NELSON’S PATRIARCHAL BLESSING
Brother Edmond, in the name of Jesus Christ I place my hands upon your head and give you a Patriarchal Blessing.
Rejoice, dear Brother that you have been chosen of God to come forth in the last Dispensation of the fullness of times. Thou art a descendant of the House of Israel through the loins of Epharim. Thou art a legal heir to all the blessings of the New and Everlasting Covenant, even the fullness of the Priesthood. Your destination is great, even to be a Messenger from Jesus Christ, to bear the glad message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the children of men.
Dear Edmond, be humble like a little child, and your Guardian Angel shall be your companion in your in and out going, and warn you of snares of that Evil One will place in your path. Your tongue shall be loosed and your heart shall be able to comprehend the great mysteries of God, and a marvelous work and a wonder that will be performed. You shall minister too. Your faith shall increase, and you shall have power over the elements according to your faith and obedience.
Dear Brother, keep yourself clean from all the abominations of Babylon and thou shall be victorious and reign as King and Priest over your family in the Celestial world. Thou shalt ask in righteousness and God shall grant it unto you.
These blessings I seal upon you and all your former blessings, and the blessings of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, by the authority of the Holy Priesthood in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
