Wiseguy Technologies, Incorporated, a subsidiary of Primary Provider Management Company, Incorporated, managed all of PPMC IS / IT department operations.

Designed, developed and packaged a customizable, multi-module, web-hosted application that offered Clients an enterprise-wide solution for company reporting and business intelligence. Responsible for management of all aspects of the SDLC for the business intelligence system: UI design, database structure, data integration, reporting and analytics, system and user documentation, training, and technical support. Conducted outside sales and was utilized as a technical reference for prospective Client sales presentations. In addition, managed the business intelligence system server hardware for both the on-site and off-site web, database and analytic servers.

Report Specialist / BI Systems Programmer

Primary Provider Management Company (PPMC), Inc.

March 2004 through May 2006.

PPMC, Incorporated provided employer groups customized Preferred Provider Network (PPO) and Exclusive Provider Network (EPO) health care packages and claim processing services.

Developed the “on-demand” report repository for use by all organization offices and personnel. Developed SQL scripts for ETL packages, constructed database views and integrated stored procedures for use in reports. Tasked with extensive data validation and report data compliance testing and quality assurance. Responsible for administration of the enterprise datawarehouse with emphasis on ensuring compliance of the data in terms of the regulations that govern the industry, (i.e. HIPPA). Development of an enhanced analytics system which included tasks such as designing ETL processes, dimensional modeling, measure optimization, MDX development, and OLAP cube building. Responsible for the web-based deployment of interactive OLAP cubes on secure dashboards for use by upper management, executives and company satellite sites. Trainer and technical writer responsible for support and documentation of the processes and tasks involved with the design and implementation of the reporting and analytics system. Supported IT staff with system / network hardware and system software installation, configuration and troubleshooting.

Emerald Information Systems was an Internet company providing website design and database / e-commerce development services.

Responsible for the company’s complete IT infrastructure. Designed, configured and installed the internal client / server system. Implemented network structure using outsourced servers and distributed client computers for telecommuting. Configured hardware and software for entire network of systems, providing secure data transfer and file sharing. Responsible for basic structure of Client web sites as well as the graphic design and the user interface. Served as primary technical support resource for Client web sites and database content management. Authored developer documentation on effective e-commerce web application design.
