Diego - Department of Health Services providing in-home support services and elder abuse referrals for mentally disabled seniors.
Responsible for data entry processes with the San Diego County INSYST mainframe; tasks included logging Client episodes, adding / updating case manager assessment
data and editing Client information. Additional responsibilities included Client follow-up communications, basic office tasks such as reproduction and archiving of source documents per contract regulations, and administration of the APS, Inc. internal database system. Responsible for production of database reports to facilitate case manager coordination, intake organization, outsource information, case referral reviews and case manager workloads. Regarded by the organization as the primary contact for computer troubleshooting, software training and technical support.

CSR & Associates was a court reporting agency specializing
in “real-time” transcription technology.
Responsible for deposition transcript processing: electronic transfer, reproduction, exhibit tagging, binding, shipping,
and preparation of billing invoices. Provided technical assistance for staff with troubleshooting laptop software issues, and supported office staff with troubleshooting system terminals. Built and managed the company on-line service, (CompuServe), and was deemed the primary technical resource at the firm for support on e-mail and Internet access.
Computer Consultant
SolarTech West, Incorporated.
September 1994 through December 1994.
SolarTech West, Incorporated was a solar panel and LED light manufacturer for construction site signs and equipment.
Designed, assembled, configured, and installed a high-speed, multimedia computer system for company use.
Installed and configured system software for storage of account receivable / payable records, tracking of company merchandise orders and current client contact information. Provided training for employees on proper use of the computer system, and served as the primary technical support resource for users of the installed software.
