Interactions for Peace, a non-profit 501 C3 corporation, provides schools worldwide with a collection of
inter-related programs with curriculum and strategies
that enable people of all ages to become effective
problem solvers and peacemakers.
Originally responsible for creation of the Organization website and have been the acting Webmaster since 2005. I was able to support the Executive Board of Interactions for Peace by constructing a comprehensive Elementary School Database which allowed for mass distribution of information and materials to all schools in the State of California. I also assisted with providing technical
support, and training, to the Executive Board members
and Committee members using the various computer
programs and website administration tools. In addition,
I have enabled the Organization to provide multimedia components that incorporate The Vision of Interactions
for Peace with focus on attracting new membership. I
also served on the Executive Board as a Member and
have spoke at numerous functions about The Mission of the Organization as it relates to technology, i.e. social networking and web-hosted analytics.

Batboy Sports Cards and Collectibles was an authorized sports cards and collectibles retailer and specialized in high-end sports memorabilia sales.
Responsible for the development and deployment of the company eBay store. Provided extensive internet market research for the proper valuation of the items listed for online sale (1000+ items). Responsible for the generation and processing of all digital media, (web pages, photos
and video), associated with the eBay store items.
Managed all components of the eBay store, including the listing of all item auctions, monitoring buyer inquiries, production of customized invoicing and billing, preparation
of shipping documents and providing buyer feedback and support. Constructed item database with reports and
data-connected spreadsheets for sales / overhead to
assist with analysis and administration of the eBay store. Authored documentation and manuals for the proper use
of the company eBay store as well as provided training for the administration of the online business.

BearingPoint, Incorporated was a management and technology consulting firm that was on contract to the County of San Diego – Office of the Assessor / Recorder / County Clerk.
Responsible for the architecture, development and administration of the Reporting and Correspondence Management components, or the Information Delivery System, of the County of San Diego Integrated Property Tax System (IPTS). Modeled and developed the Information Delivery System database including datawarehouse ETL scripting and seed data generation. Administered the Information Delivery System UNIX server deployments in the development (3 concurrent instances), alpha testing (2 instances), and beta testing environments. Developed a custom Information Delivery Portal for end-users; enhanced with executive user dashboards and interactive system administrator control panels. Authored interactive support documentation for end-users and administrators as well as Information Delivery System technical reference manuals related to the reporting database, the user interface customizations, and the system security and integration. Trainer and primary support for the Information Delivery System team members including Reporting and Correspondence Management new personnel, inter-team personnel transfers and virtual-teams, or off-site / on-line personnel. Responsible for Information Delivery System server administrator tasks related to server profiling, system security, performance monitoring and benchmarking, and report optimization.
